Shorts Recycling is run by Lee Spicer, a long-term employee of Shorts Group. He oversees a range of services, including the day-to-day management of the transfer stations and landfill sites, and how they co-ordinate with the Composting, Demolition and Skip Hire services that Shorts also offers.
