Can I buy any of your recycled materials – bricks, compost, rubble etc.?
Yes, all of our recycled and reclaimed materials are available for sale. Because of the large amount of waste we process every day, it’s impossible to keep this website updated with a list of them all. Please contact us for details of what you need and we’ll tell you if we have it.
I’ve got some rubbish from clearing my house / garden / office – can I drop it off to you?
No, sorry – our transfer station is not set-up to allow public access. If you have some waste you need to dispose of, please visit our skip hire website and arrange either a skip or a grabber lorry to come and clear the waste for you.
Why do you spend so much time sorting out the waste? Isn’t easier and cheaper to send it off to landfill?
Yes, it’s much easier and cheaper. However, it’s also a very short-term view. We only have a limited amount of space, and needlessly filling it up with materials that could be put to good use is a waste of that space and damaging to the environment. Be careful next time someone offers you waste removal at a very low price – the cost is almost all in the disposal, so very cheap prices often mean illegal or at best damaging disposal of the waste.
